Welcome to the registration page for the 2012 Annual Meeting of the Western Division of the American Fisheries Society. Please review all of the options on this page to facilitate your online registration. Once you are ready to register, click the “Register for the Meeting” link at the bottom of this page.
The following table lists prices ($US) for the meeting, continuing education, banquet and spawning run by membership category and registration period. The early registration deadline for the meeting is 11:59 pm (MST) on February 15, 2012. EARLY REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED TO ATTEND THE BANQUET, WD BUSINESS MEETING BREAKFAST, OR THE CO/WY CHAPTER BUSINESS LUNCH.

When registering, please select only the banquet menu item you want. You will be charged for as many menu items as you select. The menu is as follows:
Chicken Marsala: Eight ounce boneless grilled chicken breast with mushrooms, onions and Marsala wine topped with roman cheese and served over fettuccini pasta.
Salmon: Seven ounce baked salmon filet served with a sun dried tomato saffron cream sauce.
Prime Rib: Slow roasted tender prime rib served with house prepared horseradish sauce and rosemary au jus.
Penne Pasta: Penne pasta tossed with artichoke hearts, roma tomatoes, roasted sweet garlic, capers, fresh basil, extra virgin olive oil and toasted pine nuts.
Also, please note that some Monday continuing education workshops run concurrently. For instance, if you are attending the Introduction to R workshop, please do not select another workshop. You will be charged for as many as you select.
Please indicate on the online registration page if you will be attending the business meetings or socials by selecting the appropriate check box(es). All four events are included with early registration, but you must indicate whether you will attend. The Tuesday CO/WY Chapter Business lunch is restricted to CO/WY Chapter members only. Also, if you plan on attending the free tour of the Jackson National Fish Hatchery on Thursday afternoon, please check the appropriate box.
All registrations must be processed through online registration or at the door. Payment can be made with credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express) or check. Please make checks payable to CO-WY AFS and mail to Paul Gerrity, 260 Buena Vista, Lander, WY 82520.
The following link will allow you to register for the Western Division Annual Meeting and associated activities. Registration is required to attend any technical sessions, workshops or associated events. Please note that all attendees, including oral and poster presenters, are required to register and pay for the conference.

Once your registration is complete, print a receipt for your records. Receipts will not be provided with registration packets, but may be printed at the registration table by request.
